This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By making a purchase from Bio Tyme, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (except in cases of defect or damage)
  • Products with broken seals on supplements, herbs, or other consumable items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at info@biotyme.com to initiate the exchange process.

For size or preference-based exchanges, please return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@biotyme.com or call +1 (929) 681-6130 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your communication
  3. Our team will provide you with the RMA number and return shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original components and packaging
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Gift Cards: Refunded as store credit

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If an item is returned with signs of use or damage that is not the result of a product defect
  • For items missing parts, components, or accessories
  • If original packaging is damaged or missing

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, Bio Tyme will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team at info@biotyme.com before returning the item to arrange for a prepaid return shipping label.

Digital Products and Services

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, guides, or other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or accessed.

Online Courses and Subscriptions

For online courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

For subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but no future charges will occur.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase or renewal.

Satisfaction Guarantee

For select products marked with our "Satisfaction Guarantee" badge, we offer an extended 90-day guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with these products within 90 days of purchase, you may return them for a full refund, even if the product has been opened and partially used.

To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee refund:

  • The product must be marked with the "Satisfaction Guarantee" badge at the time of purchase
  • You must return any remaining product (even if partially used)
  • You must provide feedback about why the product did not meet your expectations

The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one return per product per customer.

Events and Workshops

For in-person or virtual events, workshops, and seminars:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by contacting info@biotyme.com with the new attendee's information.

In the event that Bio Tyme cancels an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire and have no associated fees.

Promotional Items and Free Gifts

Items received as free gifts with purchase or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or refund.

If you return an item that qualified you for a free gift or promotional discount, the value of the free gift or discount may be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at info@biotyme.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged items:

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Email the photos to info@biotyme.com
  • Include your order number and a description of the damage

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
